With their personal identity number or employee number on the LogFai kiosk. Every clock-in is approved with BankID on their own phone, and anyone without BankID gets a code by email.
Yes. Every employee sees their schedule, hours and payslips – and you control what they can see.
Identity numbers, bank details and other sensitive information are stored encrypted, and each person sees only what their permissions allow.
